The University of Birmingham: a tradition for fresh thinking

All the College buildings including the main accommodation facilities, are located near to the town centre.

The University also offers its own English preparatory programme (BUPEP) which gives you the opportunity to prepare successfully for entry onto your chosen programme.

Box Hill School is a small community of 350 girls and boys aged 11 to 18. We pride ourselves on a strong academic tradition based on small classes, good tutoring and a flexible curriculum to enable pupils to develop their own talents and interessts.

The institution that would eventually become Bradford College was founded in 1832. Over the next 170 years the College has gone from strength to strength and, after many mergers and expansions, is now the second largest of its kind in the country with a student body of around 36,000.

We have always been pioneering in our course provision, being the first British University to offer a Peace Studies degree and the first University outside London to offer part-time degree courses. We are excited to be launching new courses such as Mobile Computing, Television Production, and Creative Writing.

University College, Bristol opened in October 1876 with two professors, five lecturers and 99 students. It was the first college in the country to admit men and women on an equal footing.

The University has our campuses in and around the city of Bristol, encompassing nine faculties and offering some 400 degree programmes across a range of disciplines. The University also has an associate faculty in Gloucestershire and regional centres in Bath, Gloucestershire and Swindon.

Bromley College of Further & Higher Education has been offering courses to students at its main site for more than 30 years.
