Call for nominations for Honorary Doctor of Divinity degree

Criteria

1. The degree of Doctor of Divinity (honoris causa) shall be awarded by the Board of Governors of The Presbyterian College, Montreal, for outstanding contribution in at least two of the following six areas, with special attention being given to outstanding contribution in relation to the Reformed and Presbyterian tradition but not excluding other Christian traditions:

a) theological scholarship
b) theological education (not restricted to theological colleges)
c) preaching ministry normally over a period of least 20 years
d) pastoral ministry
e) service to the denomination
f) service to the wider community

THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION IS 9 JANUARY 2009.
